President Bush will address at 12:30 EDT the apparently-thwarted plot to blow up flights en route to the U.S. from the U.K. The comments will come at the top of a previously-scheduled speech on the economy in Green Bay, Wisc. White House spokesman Tony Snow said Bush, in the midst of a working vacation, is being kept fully informed on the situation.
