Forex Update - Thursday : BOE, ECB Announce rates

With both ECB and BOE Announcing rates Thursday, Players are retreating to the sidelines to let the dust settle.
The ECB is expected to increase 25 bp to 3.00%.
The BOE case is tougher, most suspect no hike Thursday but expect votes for a hike, signalling to the market that a move is imminent.
